getting started

Building a website doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does require a bit of clarity upfront. The more we understand about your business, your goals, and how you want to show up online, the more effective your website will be.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or updating an existing site, our approach is simple: we focus on what matters most and help you fill in the gaps along the way.

The checklist below outlines the key pieces we’ll use to bring your website to life.

Website Launch Checklist

If you’re planning to build or refresh your website, here’s what we’ll work through together:

Business Foundation
• Business name and what you do
• Your target audience or ideal customer
• Your primary goals (book clients, generate leads, sell products, etc.)

Services & Offerings
• A clear list of your services or products
• Basic descriptions of each offering
• General pricing or starting points (optional, but helpful)

Brand & Visual Identity
• Logo (if you have one)
• Preferred colors or style
• Inspiration sites or examples you like
• Photos of your work, space, or team (if available)

Content & Messaging
• A short “About” story (who you are and why you started)
• Key messaging or value proposition
• Any existing content from social media or past materials

Contact & Conversion
• Email address and/or phone number
• Physical location (if applicable)
• Social media links
• How you want customers to take action (form, booking, call, etc.)

Technical & Nice-to-Haves
• Domain name (or idea for one)
• Booking system, scheduling needs, or integrations
• Testimonials or reviews (if available)
• Any special features (gallery, blog, e-commerce, etc.)

Don’t have everything on this list? That’s completely fine. We’ll guide you through what’s missing and make sure you’re not stuck trying to figure it out on your own.
