How long does it take to build a website?
Most Launch Lite and Launch Plus projects take between 2 to 5 weeks, depending on scope, responsiveness, and content readiness. Timelines can extend if content, approvals, or access to required accounts are delayed. I’ll always be upfront if something is likely to impact your launch date.

How much does a small business website cost?
Digital Three Eleven offers fixed-price packages designed specifically for small businesses. Additional services are optional and scoped separately so there are no surprises.

Do I need to live near you to work together?
No. While I’m based in Atlanta, GA, I work with global clients. Communication typically happens through scheduled video calls, email, and shared documents.

What type of websites do you build?
I build professional, templated websites designed for small businesses that want a clean, credible online presence without unnecessary complexity. Each site is customized to your business — not dropped in as-is.

Are website templates cheap or limiting?
No. Templates are simply a starting framework. When implemented properly, they allow for high-quality design, performance, and flexibility without the cost of fully custom development. Templates only become a problem when they’re poorly implemented; that’s not how I work.

Do you offer fully custom websites?
Custom projects are available depending on scope and timing. These require a separate discovery process and are priced higher due to the resources involved. If a custom build isn’t the right move for your business or if I am not the correct resource for your project, I’ll tell you that upfront.

What content do I need to provide?
Launch Lite and Launch Plus include page structure and content placement using content you provide. Copywriting, content strategy, SEO content development, and AI-generated content creation are not included by default but can be added if needed.

Do you help with writing content?
Yes, but only as an add-on or within Launch Plus, where AI-assisted content support is intentionally scoped and reviewed collaboratively. Content is never rushed or bundled without clear boundaries.

Do you guarantee SEO results?
While every site is built with foundational SEO best practices, no one can guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Search performance depends on factors outside my control, including competition, location, industry, and ongoing content.

Will my website work on modern devices and browsers?
Yes. All sites are built to current web standards to ensure usability, and compatibility across modern browsers and devices.

Do you provide hosting, domains, or email accounts?
I help set up and connect required services, but subscriptions and ongoing platform costs are owned and billed directly to you. This gives you full control and avoids vendor lock-in.

Do you offer AI tools?
AI-powered tools, such as AI reception or AI-assisted content support, are available in advanced packages or as add-ons. These tools require customer-owned accounts and subscriptions and are always reviewed for appropriate use.

How is my data handled?
Website data, including form submissions and site activity, is governed by the privacy and security policies of the underlying platforms used. Digital Three Eleven does not independently store, sell, or process customer website data.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods and terms are outlined in your invoice or proposal. Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do you require a contract?
Yes. Every project includes a written agreement or acceptance of Terms of Service to ensure clarity, alignment, and transparency.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance or support?
Ongoing support is not included by default. Each package includes a defined post-launch support window. Ongoing maintenance or optimization can be added if needed.

What if I’m not sure which package is right?
